You have a lot on your plate so we designed the course to be self-paced in order for you to learn at your own speed. 

Self-paced learning allows you the flexibility to schedule any time and day to work through each session's content. As part of the course we will provide a worksheet and pop quiz so that you can make sure you are on the right track.

We understand you have multiple priorities and a long to-do list. We kept that in mind when designing the workflow for the course.

Each session will have a video requirement. A worksheet and pop quiz will also be provided during the course. 

All told, you give yourself around 1 hour per session to complete, study and digest the information.
